- No such clause is needed. If you don't want to assist in abortions,
- don't work in an abortion clinic. That seems simple enough. Simple
- enough for even *you* to understand it. Further, this issue is
- addressed by both medical ethics and hopsital policy. Both of which
- state quite plainly that no employee is to be required to assist in
- any procedurethey find morally offensive. This applies equally to
- abortion or circumcision.

- Unless the FOCA *mandates* that employees be given no choice ion the
