  13. Can someone advise how to receive Penn's local newsgroup(s). Note that 
  14. I'm not networked in the same way as most of you probably are--since I 
  15. don't have access to a mainframe, I have to pay a commercial service 
  16. (WorldLink, through PSI, Inc.) for my Internet connection. While their 
  17. server does handle various Philadelphia newsgroups, it doesn't have any 
  18. of the "local" Penn groups (I know of one called upenn.general). And 
  19. since I'm not online "live" like I would be on a campus mainframe, I 
  20. can't just specify it to receive it.

  22. One method that comes to mind--is it possible to use EMail somehow to 
  23. get the postings?
