  16. You are not going to get a decent answer to this question in this forum.  The
  17. issues involved in deciding between a sole proprietorship, an S corporation,
  18. or a corporation are complicated.  Trust me: I've done it, and I assure you
  19. that you want to be as informed as possible.

  21. Go to a bookstore or library and do some research.  One good series of books
  22. is "Owning and Operating a Business in <State Name>" (or maybe it is "Starting
  23. and Operating..."), which is distributed in a full-sized three-ring binder. 
  24. I'm sure there are many other good books, too.
