- You are not going to get a decent answer to this question in this forum. The
- issues involved in deciding between a sole proprietorship, an S corporation,
- or a corporation are complicated. Trust me: I've done it, and I assure you
- that you want to be as informed as possible.

- Go to a bookstore or library and do some research. One good series of books
- is "Owning and Operating a Business in <State Name>" (or maybe it is "Starting
- and Operating..."), which is distributed in a full-sized three-ring binder.
