  27. No. I'm talking about the latest MA tax increase on cigarettes. Voters decided
  28. on that question. Result is 30 cent/pack tax increase. I don't see any 
  29. justification to the fact that they ask voters to set the price. I think there aren't any other consumable's price set that way.
