- "Your acceptance of this License" means that you agree to distribute source
- code. GPL v2 section 3 describes what it means to distribute source code:
- a) include the source code with the binary; b) include a written offer to
- deliver source code; or c) include the original author's offer to deliver
- source code. It also says, "If distribution of executable or object code
- is made by offering access to copy from a designated place, then offering
- equivalent access to copy the source code from the same place counts as
- distribution of the source code"; this covers FTP servers.

- rights under this License." It *doesn't* say that violating the agreement
- gives third parties the right to take source code that you haven't
- distributed.
