I have a problem concerning the book feature of frame.
We have a large document (>400p) split into some parts
and we want the title of each chapter printed on top of each page as well as page numbering for each chapter (eg. page 3-45). If every part of the book consists of exactly one chapter everything goes fine. But we have one large chapter which we want to split. The first part of this chapter is ok but the following parts don't know about their chapter title or their chapter number so the page header is empty and the page numbers look like -45. Does anyone know a workaround without special page headers for ea
