  11. Well, the Frame manual say:

  13.    "FrameMaker inserts the footnote reference, displays the footnote number
  14.     below a separator at the bottom of the page, and ...."
  15.  
  16. But what it actually does is display the footnote at the bottom of the text
  17. frame.

  19. So if you have two frames like this:
