- Answer: no. We had the same problem and followed the same string
- of answers, including putting invisible chapter numbers on each
- tag used in the TOC. We actually got it to work when generating
- the TOC from the document, but when we ran the master book file it
- changed all of the numbers to zero.

- This is one of the dumber things about Frame, having to create book
- files for each chapter and *manually* typing in the prefix in the
- setup box. After all, computers are supposed to automate things like
- this, right?
