  30. Answer:  no.  We had the same problem and followed the same string
  31. of answers, including putting invisible chapter numbers on each
  32. tag used in the TOC.  We actually got it to work when generating
  33. the TOC from the document, but when we ran the master book file it
  34. changed all of the numbers to zero.

  36. This is one of the dumber things about Frame, having to create book
  37. files for each chapter and *manually* typing in the prefix in the
  38. setup box.  After all, computers are supposed to automate things like
  39. this, right?
