- I'm just starting to use the fmprint utility under SunOS and I've run
- into a snag. I use FrameMaker as an embedded part of another
- application; when the application wants to print something, it spawns a
- new task to run fmprint. However, if fmprint doesn't work (not enough
- memory, no licenses available, etc.) I don't get any feedback in the
- form of a return code so the parent task has no way to know that the
- attempt to print didn't work.
-
- Does anyone know of a way to tell whether fmprint completes successfully?

- Some mailers apparently munge my address; you might have to use
