  13. I'm just starting to use the fmprint utility under SunOS and I've run
  14. into a snag.  I use FrameMaker as an embedded part of another
  15. application; when the application wants to print something, it spawns a
  16. new task to run fmprint.  However, if fmprint doesn't work (not enough
  17. memory, no licenses available, etc.) I don't get any feedback in the
  18. form of a return code so the parent task has no way to know that the
  19. attempt to print didn't work.
  20.
  21. Does anyone know of a way to tell whether fmprint completes successfully?
