- Well, to the rest of the world, the mini-8 would be just fine. It is the
- non-US/Canada/Japan connector. In the US version the DAA is build into
- to the modem card, but in the rest of the world the DAA is external.
- The external DAA also happens to look similar to a PhoneNet pod. The DAA
- is the interface between the phone line and the modem.
