- Thank you to everyone who was able to help me with this situation.
- Indeed many of you were correct in saying that I had an MD-21 adapter
- board. I checked out many of the things that you had recommended
- unfortunatelly to no avail.

- I did (re)discover one thing. The SCSI bus was being "dragged down" even
- when the unit was NOT powered. My conclusion at this point is that the
- board is fried. I kind of dont doubt it; I really have been manhandling
- the poor thing while I was trying to fashion a case for it. I should
- know better (for shame :-( )

- I am trying to replace the board at this time. If any one has an adapter
- they would like to part with (at a reasonable price) I would be
- interested. If anyone has a recomendation for how to rejuvinate this
- one, that would be even better.
