  14. Thank you to everyone who was able to help me with this situation.  
  15. Indeed many of you were correct in saying that I had an MD-21 adapter 
  16. board.  I checked out many of the things that you had recommended 
  17. unfortunatelly to no avail.

  19. I did (re)discover one thing.  The SCSI bus was being "dragged down" even 
  20. when the unit was NOT powered.  My conclusion at this point is that the 
  21. board is fried.  I kind of dont doubt it; I really have been manhandling 
  22. the poor thing while I was trying to fashion a case for it.  I should 
  23. know better (for shame :-( )

  25. I am trying to replace the board at this time.  If any one has an adapter 
  26. they would like to part with (at a reasonable price) I would be 
  27. interested.  If anyone has a recomendation for how to rejuvinate this 
  28. one, that would be even better.
