- I would like to get some information about the following problem:
-
- I have a 486er board with 16 MB Ram and ISA-Bus and win 3.1. What is going to
- happen if i put 32 mb of ram on my board?
-
- Some say, that it will cause serious problems with the isa-bus, or
- some cards. Others say that the pc will slow down because of the isa-bus.
- Others say nothing will happen. What is now true?
-
- - Are there limitations of the amount of memory form the system with
- isa-bus
-
- - Will the system realy slow down
-
- - Will win31 use the 32 mb memory
-
- - Any other problems i do not think about yet
-
- I would be very thankful for some information before i buy
-
