- Most people use Latex, which is essentially a style based text processing
- system. Entering straight text is simple. In addition many universities
- have the style files you need to conform to the thesis style. Check with
- your thesis office. In addition there are a large number of style files
- in the public domain for special formatting tasks. Check the FAQ of
- comp.text.tex.

- Amiga Tex is commercial version of Tex. There is a public domain version
- for the amiga called PasTex. I use Amiga Tex. It was easy to install,
- works well and has all the fonts I need.
