  13. Does anybody know if there is a software template which will generate
  14. technical documents (e.g. Requirements Spec., QA Plan, Design Doc., etc.)
  15. automatically?  I would appreciate it if you could provide me with any
  16. references or materials(templates, related papers, tools, etc.) regarding the
  17. subject.
