  11. I heard somewhere recently about an ISO-9000 related standard
  12. specifically concerning user interfaces and human-computer 
  13. interaction. I don't think the regular ISO-9000 series (1 to
  14. 4) cover this particular topic; for some reason the number
  15. 9541 sticks in my mind. Anyone got more info?
