- I had the same problem with a Chips & Technologies (Olivetti)
- VGA board. It turned out I used a Windows 3.0 driver instead
- of the 3.1. Strange thing: the fonts that I had selected as
- defaults were still being used, just the menu option
- disappeared. Try selecting the standard VGA driver that came
- with 3.1 to see if the problem disappears.
