  12.   How can I add more sound and event combinations in Windows 3.1 ?

  14.   There are only a handfull of events listed in the Sound Dialog box
  15.   from Control Panel, and I would like to add more events like
  16.   ScrollBar actions, Button actions etc.

  18.   Or are there some kind of utilities software to do this like those
