- I am having some problems with Windows for Workgroups and
- the printing of postscript output files over LPR in Winqvt/net.
- I am using Wordperfect for Windows and am using the pscript
- Windows driver. I print to a file so that I can LPR to
- our Apple Laserwriter printer that is on the net. I can
- print just fine if the printer is attached to me directly,
- however, when I LPR the file it comes out as postscript commands.
- I did notice that an extra control-d is inserted at the head
- of the file. I can't seem to get rid of it in the print jobs
- even using the directions given in the printers.wri file.
- Does LPR in Winqvt/net do anything strange to the files?
- BTW, if the file is transported to another system and printed
- with another LPR program, it comes out fine.
-
- Thanks!
