- Dear netters,

- I've recently installed the new elm version (2.4 PL0). A funny thing
- happens if I send myself a local test mail like

- math10:root% date | elm root

- and then use elm to reply to that message it will address it to

- root@math10.mathematik

- which is not a valid hostname and results in a name server lookup
- failure ("mathematik" is our yellow pages domain name). I would be
- very grateful for any hints that might help to solve that problem.
- I've installed Elm on an Ultrix 4.2a system (DECSystem 5400).
