  16. Yes, I have a WB that was connected to a Solbourne and I had many problems
  17. with throughput and lost characters (silo overflows). I have an open
  18. problem with Solbourne that they have said they will not address. The
  19. problem is they use a crummy serial chip that interrupts every character
  20. and the machine can't keep up at speeds greater than 4800 baud (much
  21. less the advertised 19.2).

  23. I can send you the problem number if you would like to add your voice to
  24. the list of complainers. Expect a lot of hassle (I had to run traces on
  25. a datascope before they would believe their hardware flow control worked
  26. as documented in the zs man page, outbound only).
