  29. posted me some info on a device that might fit this description:

  32.   QUICC (Quad Integrated Comms Controller) with 32-bit processor, four
  33.   simultaneous 2Mbit channels with time-slot assignment, one of which can be 
  34.   used as an Ethernet port.
