- I've got a couple WD8013 ethernet cards that have toasted the little
- TDK KU 3294V boards. (I know its this board as I pulled one from a
- working board and put it in the non working ones, and then they worked!)
-
- I called SMC and they refused to sell them to me (but where more than
- happy to take $100 per board for repairs) so does anyone know where
- I can get this little board? I noticed that the last 8013EP cards to come
- out of WD replaced this board with a little box that is made by Valor. It
- still uses only 4 pins, I gather this part would be equivelent to the TDK
- part and probably easier to obtain? (I've seen this Valor part on almost
- every other ethernet card not made by WD, but its always been in a 24 pin
- package, not the 4 that WD uses).
-
- Any leads to where I can get either of these?
-
- Thanks...
