- I grew up and lived in The South, and it's definitely "RAOW-ter" down there.
- A "ROO-ter" is... you know, something that "roots" -- like a pig or a hog.
- (That's pronounced "hawg", of course.)

- them with Capitals) that were confusing me when I was driving up North,
