  19. Well neither do us Suthreners, Rich!  Before I moved to the Land of MellowSpeak
  20. I grew up and lived in The South, and it's definitely "RAOW-ter" down there.
  21. A "ROO-ter" is... you know, something that "roots" -- like a pig or a hog.
  22. (That's pronounced "hawg", of course.)

  24. In fact, it was always those damnyankees (one word, and no point in honoring
  25. them with Capitals) that were confusing me when I was driving up North,
  26. talking about how I should take "ROOT 13" to get to where I was going...
