  20. Please, Henry, enlighten me.  What, exactly, is "the right thing" in your
  21. view?  Should I have taken 5 hours and read through 600+ articles to make
  22. sure that I don't ask a question that's been asked before?  I searched for
  23. a FAQ, but didn't find one.  Pardon me, but I think I sincerely apologized up
  24. front, and clearly titled my article so that uninterested readers could skip
  25. by.

  43. Every travel agent I've ever used has been completely incompetent.  They have
  44. almost no knowledge of the travel industry and appear interested only in their
  45. commision.  Hence, I do not use agents.
