  32. Why do people think that just because they have 20 acres in the country
  33. they don't have to be responsible for their dog? "Running free" means
  34. - running deer
  35. - forming packs with other 'free' dogs
  36. - destroying livestock and property
  37. - getting shot by farmers
  38. - getting hit by cars
  39. etc...

  41. Dogs should never be allowed to 'roam freely'. The privilege of owning
  42. a dog means taking responsibility for it by supervising it &/or keeping
  43. it safe on your property.
