  12. I need some help for a problem with the article 9.5 (5th edition):

  14. "Sweden must provide Germany with all its ressouces per turn. Unless
  15. they can trace an overland route, Germany must place a CONV marker
  16. in the Baltic Sea to transport these pionts. Germany receives no
  17. convoyed ressouces from Sweden in turns in which the Artic Circle
  18. is experiencing Winter or Severe Winter if the Allies control Oslo,
  19. Bergen, or Narvik."

  21. So the problem is:

  23. -If Finland is declared in war with the Axis, Germany receives the
  24. ressource point from Petsamo.
  25.  
  26. -If Norge is controlled by Germany, except Bergen, Germany receives
  27. one more point.

  29. So the Axis can trace an overland route from Sweden to Oslo or Helsinki.
  30. Could Bergen avoid the ressources points from Sweden? And Why?
