  11. I had bought a used Toyota radio, and was having trouble installing it.
  12. I went to a Toyota dealer, intending to go to the parts dept.  Because
  13. it was 1pm on a Saturday, they had the normal door closed, and you 
  14. entered through the service dept.  There was one mechanic, and one person
  15. behind the parts counter.  They were kind enough to let me look through
  16. all the electrical manuals (I did not know which year the radio had come
  17. from).  It was a useful experience, and allowed me to figure out what
  18. connections I needed.
