- I am sorry to hear that. I currently have a Kenwood KDT 99R in my CRX and I
- have a Sony DTX-10 in my other car. I purchased the Kenwood first, about 2
- years ago. I am very happy with it. Sadly enough it is no longer being made.
- I bought the DTX-10 a year later, I am not as happy with it. But it still more
- or less serves it purpose. I had to go to great lengths to bash one out of
- Sony because they were not making them any more. Car DAT decks are not
- available in the US as of this time. You have 3 options
-
- 1) Find and buy a used one
- 2) Get a portable DAT walkman (like Sony's DTC-D3)
- 3) Buy a "Grey Market" japaneese unit. Some models are
-
- Sony DTX-10 120,000 Yen
- ADDZEST DAC-700 98,000 Yen
- ADDZEST DAT-909 198,000 Yen
-
- Hope this helps
