  18. I'd like to obtain this file myself but unfortunately I don't have FTP
  19. access via this system.  I'd like to obtain access to a local pubnet which
  20. has FTP access but I'm having a heck of a time finding one.  Does anybody
  21. on here subscribe to the pubnet mailing list (pubnet-request@chinacat.
  22. unicom.com)?  If so, could somebody look up a location local to me or
  23. submit a subscribe request for me?  For some reason, my subscription
  24. requests don't seem to be getting through.
