  19. I don't know if there's a newsgroup, but there is a BITNET mailing list
  20. called SAS-L.  You can subscribe to it by sending mail like this:

  30. SAS Institute has limited support over the holiday week, but if you call
  31. the regular number you can leave a message and someone will (in theory)
  32. call you back.  I don't know if there's a restriction that only the site
  33. rep can call in; there is for PC's, and there isn't for S/370 mainframes.
