  15. oriented project experience to work in our corporate technology
  16. group.  This person would be responsible for developing an
  17. object-oriented technology strategy for the company and defining
  18. the roles needed in the OO environment.  The person would also
  19. help us integrate OOT into our software development process,
  20. promote the appropriate application of OOT, help to de-mystify
  21. OOT and facilitate communication among OOT projects.
