  12. MERCHANDISING MANAGER--HILL-ROM Company, Inc., a Division of
  13. Hillenbrand Industries--a Fortune 400 Company, is the world's
  14. leading producer of patient care systems for acute care
  15. hospitals.  We are seeking an aggressive, growth-oriented
  16. individual for the following position at our headquarters in
  17. Batesville, Indiana, located just west of Cincinnati, Ohio.
  18.      The person we are looking for will assume a position
  19. responsible for the research and development of a market
  20. segmentation plan. Responsibilities include assisting in design
  21. concept and coordination of merchandising programs specific to
  22. individual market segments as well as analyzing programs
  23. profitability and long term product potential.  Will design,
  24. develop and implement a competitive information network.
  25.      The successful candidate will have a MBA with a minimum of
  26. 1-2 years work experience.  Strong analytical skills, computer
  27. skills and high degree of initiative are a must.  Previous Sales/
  28. Marketing, customer contact experience, and exposure to Desktop
  29. Publishing and 4th generation programming languages are a plus.
