- I agree with Clarke that echinacea seems like a really powerful healerr.
- I have taken tea, caps and exxtract. My favorite way is in an herb formula
- called "Wellness Formula" that is fairly popular. It has echinacea, vit C
- and lots of other herbs. It seems quite effective.

- Some furhter comments: There are two kinds of Echinacea: The "purplea"
- is less expensive and less powerful. The second comment is that
- echinacea seems to be volume dependant: Take the recommended dose, or more
- for results. Treat it like an anti biotic - take a full dose for a period
- of time and then stop, rather then take a little bit each day, and you
- will be pleasently surprised by the speed and effectiveness of this
- wonderful herb.
