- According to "The Complete Book of Food Counts" by Corinne T. Netzer,
- one apple (2.75 inch diameter) has 72 cals, .2 gm protein (that's
- two tenths), 19 gm carb, and .4 gm fat.

- Your other numbers are certainly reasonable,
- but basically you are drinking sweetened skim milk
- with some fruit. It's no more a high protein drink
- than a glass of skim milk alone.

- If it curbs your desire for chocolate, however,
- I'd say it was a good alternative.
