- I don't know if I agree that having a bodyfat level of 5% is healthly or unhealthy
- all the time. A 5% bodyfat level is usually want a male would try to attend before
- a show and a female should hit 8%. I'd like to hear what the group feels about that.
- As a competitive bodybuilder before a show 5% is a good level and during the off season
- I will not go over 12%, keeping it at about 10% you still look pretty good and your defination
- is still there.

- As far as what you do . Yes more aerobics about 1 hour in the am and 1 in the pm. How are
- you eating, you should be eating 5 or 6 meals a day. Your target weight loss should be 1-2
- pounds per week any more and you can end up losing some muscle mass. Have you heard of John
- Parrillo (Parrillo Performance) he trains alot of top bodybuilders and has some good programs
- they set you up on along with manuals to follow and some good diets to follow.
- You can call them at 513-531-1311 they have a 1-800 number I 'll have to get back on that.
- But you really need to look at your diet and tighten it up and you'll be surprized how much
- you can eat and still lose bodyfat.
