  11.    Hello.  I need a little help.  I am trying to find a substitute for
  12. the incredibly expensive protein/carb drink powders currently occupying
  13. shelf space at GNC's all over the country.  I would like this substitute
  14. to be high in protein and complex carbs, and it should be in powdered form,
  15. easily mixable with water.  Other than that, don't want to try to duplicate any
  16. of the other attributes of the commercial powders.
  17.
  18.    So far, the best I have been able to come up with is a mixure of nonfat
  19. powdered milk, whole wheat flour, cocoa, and sugar.  It's palatable, if you
  20. don't mind the bitterness of whole wheat.  Any suggestions?
  21.
