-
- My weight has gone up by about 5 pounds, but I have added alot of muscle
- in the same time period.
-
- >What is your diet like?
-
- I don't eat that much, but I'm sure that I don't eat as good as I should.
- On a typical day I eat no breakfast, have a sandwich and some chips for
- lunch, and have spaghetti or something like that for dinner.
-
- >What is the duration and frequency of your areobic work?
-
- I ride a stationary bike for about 30 minutes three days a week and I run
- about 3 - 5 miles three or four times a week. For information purposes, I
- also lift weights 4 days a week.
-
- >Are you getting enough fluids?
-
- I don't drink much water, but I do drink a lot of coffee. I know this is a
- wrong approach but I am up for work at 4:30 am and the coffee is my
- lifeline.
-
- >Are you getting enough fibre in your diet?
-
- Probably.
