- Hi Jamie!

- Be sure to include some strength training in your routine in order to
- build your muscles (all of them) whilst _maintaining_ your current weight.
- You can actually trim your waist by developing your arm, leg, back, and
- chest muscles. Try it for 6-8wks and see!
