- Several years ago I pulled my trapezius while riding my bike. My
- doctor told me to let the muscle rest, and eventually it did stop
- hurting. But ever since then, I seem to pull this muscle more easily.
- When it is reinjured, it normally only hurts for a day or so and I
- always take it easy for a few days to give the muscle time to rest.
- But, is there anything I can do to help this muscle heal better or
- strengthen the muscle so that it does not get injured as easily?
-
- Thanks for any help,
