- Please don't forget that ideal bodyfat percentage for women is NO LOWER than
- 12%, and should be higher for pregnant and lactating females. For males, there
- is no problem with having a bodyfat percentage of 5% or 7%, as long as you are
- on a controlled food diet (the word 'diet' here meant as food intake regimen,
- not weight-reduction term) AND good exercise program. I would guess that there
- are many people in Somalia who have very low bodyfat percentages, but I would
- not consider them to be necessarily healthy.
