  28. I am not a Mac or IBM user (yuch!), but you have to realize that the .advocacy  
  29. are open to everyone (*sigh*). In .next.advocacy we often have Mac-,  
  30. Microsoft-, SGI- people etc. giving their opinions. Most of the time what they  
  31. have to say is constructive/informative, but we do have the occational people  
  32. who just like to hear their own voices (or was that see their own typing :) --  
  33. from what I have seen these people are either Mac-fanatics who think all other  
  34. GUIs are dirt (even if they have never tried them), or Clone-freaks (tm) who  
  35. think no other platform has any applications. I guess the same is going on over  
  36. here. It is annoying, but if you edit your .kill file most of them can usually  
  37. be filtered out.

  39. To summarize: Most people (non-amiga-users) come here to see what is going on;  
  40. some like to complain (about everything); and there is very little anyone can  
  41. do about it.
