  29. But Microsoft isn't claiming to run a franchise business, and I
  30. seriously doubt that a lot of dealers would be willing to become
  31. Microsoft franchises, no matter if they actually DO sell DOS with
  32. every machine.  In other words, this isn't even close to being the
  33. same thing.  If you can't come up with germane analogies, perhaps you
  34. shouldn't bother.  Or perhaps you are incorrect?
