- You aren't. There are hardware vendors that give you a choice
- of operating system on the system you buy - you can always purchase
- from them. Of course, you might not get the price you want.

- _One_ Microsoft contract requires royalties per computer. Others
- don't. The OEM decides which will be more profitable for them. So
- complain to the OEM.
