  20. of operating system on the system you buy - you can always purchase
  21. from them.  Of course, you might not get the price you want.

  29.     _One_ Microsoft contract requires royalties per computer.  Others
  30. don't.  The OEM decides which will be more profitable for them.  So
  31. complain to the OEM.
