  26. To illuminate you a bit, the WELL is primarily a social
  27. computer network -- I've never subscribed, but I often
  28. recommend it to friends who don't like the flaming and
  29. noise on usenet.

  31. The interations that occur on socially-oriented networks
  32. are very dependent on things like psedonymity policies
  33. and practices, and on privacy issues in general.

  35. The topic is a pretty mainstream one for this newsgroup
  36. (comp.org.eff.talk).
