  20. My interest started when a friend decided to subscribe,
  21. then stopped when they saw the "only in special circumstances"
  22. blurb with reference to anonymity.

  24. When on their behalf I inquired about this among well users, the uniform
  25. answer was that exceptions were made primarily for 
  26. celebrities.  I then posted this information (which nobody
  27. has refuted, btw) here to see what others thought.
