- A (computer) workstation is a machine that actually lets you get
- your work done without excessive migranes. :-) Of course, this
- definition varies, depending on what kind of work you are doing. If you
- are doing data entry (or professional news-reading :-) then a
- workstation can be a piece of antiquity like the HP 2621P I'm currently
- using. If you are doing real-time 3D rendering, you might want
- something a little more powerful. :-)
