  16. Hi Netters,
  17.     I wanted a network simulator which allows me to change the
  18. datalink,transport or network protocols and algorithms and watch the 
  19. performance etc. I am looking for some public domain software that 
  20. has these capabilities. 
  21.         I will be grateful if you could kindly let me know of an existing
  22. simulator and where to acquire it from.
