  56. When you are running AIM for Windows, or DOS for that matter, you must have
  57. ASPI drivers installed for it to recognize the tape drive. Below you say you
  58. tied to install ODT, did the tape drive function correctly under UNIX. The
  59. Adaptec 6260 chip is compatible with their 1520 controller cards. If you set it
  60. up for that it should work. Any other details that may help?

  69. I am unfamiliar with the "add-pac."  Is this similar to a Quantum Hardcard?  We
  70. could have a controller conflict or something of the sort. Are you trying to
  71. still boot off of the SCSI drives?  Adaptec SCSI controllers will only set
  72. themselves up as the primary if they are the only disk subsystem in the system.
  73. If they see another (i.e. IDE, RLL, etc.) they will reconfigure themselves as
  74. secondary devices.
