- Please email me your sales order number and your system's serial number and I
- can check into the above, missing items.

- When you are running AIM for Windows, or DOS for that matter, you must have
- ASPI drivers installed for it to recognize the tape drive. Below you say you
- tied to install ODT, did the tape drive function correctly under UNIX. The
- Adaptec 6260 chip is compatible with their 1520 controller cards. If you set it
- up for that it should work. Any other details that may help?

-
- I am unfamiliar with the "add-pac." Is this similar to a Quantum Hardcard? We
- could have a controller conflict or something of the sort. Are you trying to
- still boot off of the SCSI drives? Adaptec SCSI controllers will only set
- themselves up as the primary if they are the only disk subsystem in the system.
- If they see another (i.e. IDE, RLL, etc.) they will reconfigure themselves as
- secondary devices.

- This one is new. Any other details you can provide, such as which display you
- are setting it up for, would be appreciated.
