  22. I deliberately did not post The Gladstone Report on this conference as it is
  23. more appropriate to
  24. other conferences since it is more than physics - it is
  25. literature, politics - the Glass Bead Game. McInnes seemed compelled to post
  26. it here. All the historical facts asserted in it are true - including my
  27. weird experience as a kid in 1952 with the metallic voice claiming to be a
  28. computer on a spacecraft from the future. My childhood friend Al Brough of
  29. the New York Police Department Homocide DIvision (Snyder St Station) may
  30. well remember it as he was in my apartment within minutes of that call.
  31. Exactly, what the call was is anybody's guess - if it was not what it
  32. claimed to be then it was some adult messing with a 12 year old's mind - but
  33. the interesting coincidence is how it ties into the Uri Geller caper twenty
  34. years or more later including the Puthoff remote viewing experiments at SRI
  35. including an incident with the late Brendan O Regan, Barbara Honneger (of
  36. October Surprise fame) and the alleged psychic - not Geller, not Pat Price,
  37. his name escapes me for the moment - in which the cold metallic voice
  38. appeared again claiming to be a computer on board a space-craft from the
  39. future- not to mention Andrija Puharich's written accounts of such stuff and
  40. the Jenny and the Nine incidents at Esalen during the visits of the Soviet
  41. Elite before the fall of the old-line Soviet Regime. In the Alice and
  42. Wonderland world of covert intelligence these things may all be connected in
  43. a very meaningful way. But this is not the proper subject matter of this
  44. conference - important and interesting though it might be.

  57. detail later - but you are covering up your basic confusion. True one needed
  58. to change relative polarizer settings to see the (cos@)^2/2 correlation
  59. which violated Bell's inequality - but you do not have to do it as a
  60. dynamical process in time. It is enough to do what Aspect dis - switch the
  61. polarizer orientations in a time short compared to flight times of each
  62. photon in pair from source to polarizer-detector to ensure a space-like
  63. interval between both measurements of each photon in same pair. Your delay
  64. corresponding to time it takes one of the photons to move from its polarizer
  65. to its detector is not important. If you looked at my diagram you would see
  66. what I mean - maybe. I still say you are dealing with an illusion. More
  67. later when I read your latest post in detail.

  75. Oh yes, I remember the name of the psychic being tested by Brendan O Regan
  76. in Puthoff and Targ's SRI laboratory was Ingo Swann. I think he is referred
  77. to in the book on UFOs OUT THERE by Blum (?) the NY TIMES reporter - the
  78. chapter in
  79. which Ingo remote views Soviet submarines for high level defense officials.

  81. O Regan worked for Astronaut Edgar Mitchell at Noetics Institute which
  82. provided funds to SRI. O Regan asked Swann to remote view the future when
  83. Swann, a trance medium, started to speak in a cold metallic voice repeating
  84. the same sort of stuff I heard as a kid in Brooklyn years earlier in 1952-
  85. the SRI incident was in mid 70's. This particular story was told to me by
  86. Barbara Honneger befoe she went to the Reagan White House with the guy from
  87. Hoover Martin Anderson who was domestic policy advisor. Honneger (Honegger
  88. sp?)
  89. at the time was working for Toy manufacturer Henry Dakin who was funding
  90. Michael Murphy's
  91. work on sports and psi - see his recent book. Both Dakin and Murphy are
  92. active in Gorbachev Foundation USA today at a very high level. It's
  93. interesting that their group also brought Boris Yeltsin to US before he was
  94. elected President of Russia- strange connections indeed! All true - check it
  95. out boys and girls!
