  13. I just noticed that Bart Smit was selling Lynx games for HLF 49,-.
  14. Normally the games cost HLF 89,- at Bart Smit (The biggest Dutch toy-store).
  15. The Atari 2600 was also selling for HLF 49,-, including a free game.......

  17. I asked the manager if they were dropping the Lynx, but he said that they
  18. were just getting rid of this stock for inventarisation. They will continue
  19. selling the Lynx (Atari Benelux confirmed this). So maybe it's the same with
  20. Toy's 'R Us. 
  21. BTW T'RU has just opened a store in Holland I believe, but it is in the
  22. eastern part of the country.....

  24. I've heard rumours that Atari Benelux has fired most of its workforce....
  25. Only six (!) people are working there now.  At the beginning of 1992 there
  26. were 30 people working there..... 
  27. This has not been confirmed, it is only a rumour. 
  28. Now for some bad news that is certainly true: Atari Benelux is not shipping
  29. new Lynx games for the comming month (Dracula and Dirty Larry are in the
  30. warehouse), they are planning to put all effort in the Falcon.....
  31. I can understand this, but it pisses me off as a Lynx user. If they keep
  32. doing this they will be sorry.....The last new game was Switchblade II,
  33. 2 month old and a bad game. Hockey was the last good game for me, and I
  34. already forgot when it came out.....
